This sensor detects whether doors or windows are open or closed and sends data to your Nedis SmartLife application. A Nedis Zigbee gateway (Wi-FiZBxxx) is required for this.
This way you are able to do many things automatically, for example you can be informed when someone is in your house. Also, you can have a reminder sent to you when a door or window is left open.
By combining this sensor with other products in the Nedis SmartLife application, you can start other Nedis SmartLife products when a door is opened, or turn off a heater or air conditioner when the door is open.
Thanks to the compact size and the included battery with a runtime of up to one year (at six activations per day), you can use the sensor anywhere (within a range of about 30 m of the Zigbee gateway)
