The V2 from Faytech's 7 - 12'' touch monitor series has been improved in a number of different ways: screw-mountable standard connections, cable conduit incl. cover on the back and a mounting frame for all sizes for easy machine or wall integration. The device also features faster switch-on and response times due to an improved controller chip.
The series has retained its high level of versatility: VGA+HDMI connections, three video inputs, advanced power input (8 - 36 V), extra durable components, exclusive design, integratable, backlight LED, guaranteed free of pixel errors, high-quality base, extended temperature range and suitable for 24/7 operation are only some of the features that these monitors possess.
The touch screens have an equally diverse range of uses: as an HTPC, monitor, TV monitor, in industry, in kiosk systems, as a till monitor or in info terminals, in machine control, building automation, on farm machinery, forklifts, wind power plants, and in telematics (transport telematics in particular) and in many other areas.
The integrated touch panel is durable and accurate. The touch functionality is easy to set up via the USB (serial via optional cable) port of your PC. The touch screen functions can be used with all conventional Microsoft (CE, WinXP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8), Mac and Linux operating systems. Faytech's touch controller supports Win7 and Win8 upon login, Microsoft's gesture control is supported without any additional driver installation, and embedded systems such as the raspberry Pi are supported.
As a result of the potential rendering of high resolutions (such as 1080p, 1920x1200 pixels), the touch monitors can also be operated with significantly larger displays at the same time, e.g. in clone mode.
