Single Schmitt Trigger Inverter
Description:
This single Schmitt trigger inverter is designed to operate from 1.65 V to 5.5 V VCC. The SN74LVC1G14 device contains an inverter and performs a Boolean function. The device operates as an independent inverter with Schmitt trigger inputs, so the device has different input thresholds for positive going (VT+) and negative going (VT-) signals to provide hysteresis (deltaVT) that makes the device tolerant of slow or noisy input signals.
The NanoFree™ package technology is a major breakthrough in IC package concepts that use the chip as the package. This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications with Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the outputs when the device is turned off. This prevents current from flowing back into the device, which prevents damage to the device.
