- Control via the Homematic IP underfloor heating actuator - 12-way, motorized (HmIP-FALMOT-C12) in combination with a Homematic IP thermostat (e.g. HmIP-WTH-2)
- Simple installation without tools thanks to click lock
- Thanks to its compact design, the actuator can be mounted in any position (e.g. overhead)
- Universally applicable and suitable for the most common valves (thread size M30 x 1.5 mm) from leading manufacturers such as Heimeier, MNG, Junkers, Honeywell-Braukmann, Oventrop, Comap, Schlösser and many more
- Can be used for valve sizes from other manufacturers via optional valve adapters
- One of the following solutions is required for operation:
- Stand-alone in conjunction with the Homematic IP underfloor heating actuator
- 12-way, motorized (without access point or central unit, configuration directly on the wall thermostat)
- Homematic IP Access Point with free smartphone app and free cloud service
- CCU2/CCU3 central control unit with local WebUI user interface
