Continuous, 3-way ball bearing mounted shaft (no gear drive). Housing head made of die-cast aluminium. With 43 mm spindle neck (Euronorm). Large, convenient switch with emergency stop function. Clearly arranged table facilitates pre-selection of the appropriate speed for drilling and milling different workpieces.
The milling motor operates at a voltage of 40 V, supplied by the control unit. In this range, the control characteristic is particularly favourable and guarantees high torque even in the lower speed range (cross table, drill stand and clamping claws are not included).
Other technical data:
Control unit with full-wave electronics for 230 volt connection. Secondary voltage 40 V DC. Maximum power consumption: 250 W. Spindle speeds can be continuously adjusted from 900 - 6000 rpm. Weight 4.2 kg. With collets of sizes 2.35 - 3 - 3.2 - 4 - 5 and 6 mm. This is done with a tensioning wrench and a locking pin.
Note:
Here we show the BFW 40/E milling motor combined with the BFB 2000 drilling and milling bench
and the KT 150 cross table. Neither device is included in the scope of delivery of the BFW 40/E.
