With an output of approx. 1.10 kW and a working temperature of around 650 °C, the appliance is ideal for caramelizing crème brûlée, flambéing food, gratinating cheese and skinning vegetables. The KB 80 is also ideal for precise work in model making or laboratories. The integrated piezo ignition enables safe and convenient ignition. The refillable gas tank is operated with CFH refill gas NG 103 or NG 96. With its compact design and a weight of just 166 g, the burner is particularly handy and flexible to use.
