The RAC05E-K series of primary regulated AC/DC converters is cost-effective and designed to meet the general requirements for ITE and office use, as well as for domestic applications or light industrial automation processes with a power consumption of less than 0.1 W without load. The layout is based on the most common industry standard for AC/DC modules from 3 W and is slightly larger. The AC/DC modules are UL- and CB-certified to IEC62368-1 and EN60335-1 standards for domestic applications. The modules are certified for full load operation at an operating temperature of -25°C to +55°C and have a worldwide input voltage range of nominally 100 - 240 V AC. They provide moderately regulated outputs with permanent short circuit and overvoltage protection. With just a few additional components, the EN55014 and EN55032 Class B requirements for electromagnetic compatibility can be met.
