Premium heat-conductor included in deliveryThe Freezer 4U-OneX not only contains MX-7 thermal compound applied to the die, but also thermal pads for the surrounding IHS to ensure complete heat transfer.
Compatible with 4U server chassisWith a RAM space of 53 mm, memory modules with moderate heat sinks can be used without any problems.
Thanks to its optimised installation height of only 151 mm, it fits in both 4U server racks and most commercially available 4U housings.
