Unlike basic spray etching machines 1 and 2, the etcher sprays the etching fluid directly onto the PCB via spray tubes for a much faster and more accurate spray process.
The unit is therefore ideal for use in laboratories and small series production.
The unit uses three separate acrylic cuvettes, which can be emptied individually, for the development, rinsing and etching processes.
It offers a user-friendly design and clear acrylic cuvettes, and the etching process can be controlled at all times.
