Fast and accurate satellite search
The HD 3 compact V3 is a handy measuring device and is ideally suited for fast and accurate satellite search. The measurement of DVB-S and DVB-S2 (HD) signals is possible. The built-in LCD display offers a screen diagonal of 2.7 inches (6.9 cm). Operation is child's play with the clear and clearly structured screen surface. The live measurement shows all important information such as satellite, transponder, C/N, BER and dBµV.
Spectrum analysis for troubleshooting
To evaluate the signal of the satellite system and to analyze any reception errors, use the spectrum analysis that is running in near real time. The constantly updated representation of the diagram changes the spectrum immediately when the mirror is moved.
Angle calculation for quick alignment
The angle calculation helps you to determine the vertical and horizontal angle of the antenna, because the elevation and azimuth change depending on the location. Simply enter the data of the location and the meter quickly calculates the appropriate angle settings for the mirror. Thus, the desired satellite can be found more quickly.
Transponder Control
The transponder control is a function to simultaneously assess the signal strength and quality of several transponders. This is useful when measuring Quattro LNBs. The transponders can be selected and connected as required. The satellite signal is constantly updated.
