Connections
The 7205 sensor contains a combined temperature and humidity sensor.
Both parameters are measured and evaluated simultaneously.
The hybrid sensor is quickly and conveniently commissioned and automatically recognized.
No further settings are required. Instead of a permanently connected cable, an RJ45 socket is integrated.
This allows the combination sensor to be connected with a shielded RJ45 cable of up to 40 m in length.
Existing cables can often be used for this purpose.
The sensor allows the ambient temperature and humidity to be monitored in real time.
Thanks to the maximum cable length of 40 m, it can be placed at the optimum location in the infrastructure.
Overheating or humidity in the IT or AV environment that could endanger operations can thus be detected at an early stage before costly failures occur.
Automatic alarms when sensor limit values are exceeded or not reached allow the user to intervene proactively and prevent serious escalations.
