The EX-45032 PCI Express I/O card provides two serial RS-232 high-performance UART 16C550 outputs. It was developed to add four additional serial outputs for a PC, small workstation or server via the PCI or PCI-X bus. Can be configured +5 V and +12 V on pin 9 of the serial connector for a POS system (power over system).
The card is fully plug-and-play compatible. It supports the ATTATM Auto RS-485 Transmitter features. The RS-232, 422 or 485 transmission type can be set individually for each port.
