These useful single wire connectors in a set are ideally suited for applications where moisture or adverse environmental conditions play a role, such as telephone wires, door intercom systems or in the harsh industrial environment for measurement, signal and control applications. Due to the gel filling of the connector, the contact is optimally protected against liquid media in the long term and ensures a secure connection of signal lines or for voltages up to 75 V/DC or 50 V/AC. The cables are stripped during the crimping process and the electrical contact is established. During this process, some gel may escape from the terminal - which depends on the diameter of the cables used and is completely normal. A parallel crimping tool for wire connectors is ideally suited for crimping. The correctly made connection is mechanically strong, moisture resistant, electrically safe and vibration resistant.
