The LTV-0601 consists of a high efficiency AlGaAs light emitting diode and a high speed optical detector. The design provides excellent AC and DC isolation between the output and input sides of the optocoupler.
The output has an open collector Schottky clamped transistor.
Thanks to an enable pin, the detector can be switched.
The guaranteed noise immunity is up to 10 kV/µs at 3.3 V.
