There is also no need for an oxidizing agent.Application: Pour the desired amount into a color bowl. Apply Color Fresh Create evenly to dry or towel-dried hair. Be sure to wear gloves and do not apply directly to the skin to avoid skin staining. Leave on for up to 20 minutes. For pastel tones or soft color results, the exposure time is 5 to 10 minutes. For more luminosity and intensity, the exposure time can be extended up to 30 minutes. Color Fresh Create washes out gradually without changing the nuance. Lasts up to 20 hair washes.Direct application: Apply neat to natural blonde, white or bleached/lightened hair for expressive results.
