Measures outdoor temperature and humidity
The Homematic IP temperature and humidity sensor is part of the Homematic IP Smart Home system and monitors the outside temperature and humidity. The compact sensor detects temperatures between minus 20 °C and plus 55 °C and the relative humidity between 0 and 99%. In combination with other Homematic IP devices, there are numerous practical applications. For example, the sensor can be used for ventilation or dehumidification controls, as a frost monitor for heating sensitive greenhouse plants and numerous other scenarios. In addition, the determined weather data is displayed and evaluated in the Homematic IP app. The power supply is provided by two LR6 batteries, which can supply the sensor with energy for a typical five-year period. The required mounting material is supplied.
