Description
The simple and efficient MX 5060 is a TRMS bench multimeter for AC/DC measurements.
The dual 60,000-dot backlit transreflective LCD display features a bar graph with center zero and provides instantaneous display of signal changes. With system category 1000 V CAT III, the instrument has large safety reserves and currents up to 10 A can be measured directly via the A input socket.
The range of applications is also broad in electrical engineering: Measurements on household appliances, sockets, distribution panels, fuses, disconnectors, etc. For electronic applications, the MX 5060 is fully equipped with DC current measurement, resistance, frequency, peak voltages, 60 mV range, VDC bandwidth of 100 kHz.
A low pass filter of 300 Hz allows stable measurements on speed controllers (PWM). The VLowZ measurement range for phantom voltage suppression further stabilizes measurements. The front panel is used to set the acquisition of min, max and peak+/- values and REL function. When connected to a PC with the SX-DMM software installed, the instrument's readings can be displayed and saved on the PC (with date/time indication) and exported to a spreadsheet program.
