Description

Red Pitaya's STEMlab 125-14 transforms your smartphone, tablet or PC into a comprehensive measuring instrument!

STEMlab 125-14 starter kit, consisting of...

  • Red Pitaya STEMlab14 open-source measuring lab
  • Pre-programmed microSD card, 4 GB
  • Power supply unit
  • Patch cable, 1 m

This credit-card-sized open-source measuring device can be configured according to your individual requirements. This allows you to replace a wide range of expensive devices such as oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analysers and much more with a single device.

The STEMlab unit is integrated into a network and based on a GNU/Linux operating system. Devices can be programmed individually using a variety of software interfaces. Web-based HTML pages are used as the user interface for all measurements, which means that the measurement platform can be controlled from a smartphone, tablet or computer. The device has two integrated HF analogue inputs and outputs, a bandwidth of 50 MHz and 16 general input and output ports. The PCB is also equipped with a micro USB console port connector, a MicroSD card slot, an RJ45 Ethernet plug and a USB connection for USB devices.

The Red Pitaya environment consists of the hardware unit, the ''Bazaar Cloud Marketplace'' and the ''Backyard''. A huge number of open source testing and measuring applications, including an oscilloscope, a spectrum analyser and an arbitrary generator, can be found in the Bazaar Cloud Marketplace. The ''Backyard'' also provides a platform for the Red Pitaya community to share their experiences and collaborate on further applications.

The almost limitless possibilities of the Red Pitaya STEMlab 14 make it the perfect measurement and control solution for all specialist fields, research and training purposes, HF development, radio engineering etc.
