Since its introduction in the early 1990s, Enersys has supplied the high-quality Genesis pure lead technology as an EP series. Since then, the premium high performance battery has established itself in various demanding applications, such as medical equipment, UPS and telecommunications. The EP series is particularly well suited for applications with extreme temperatures, high vibration and high short circuit currents.
The pure lead tin technology (TPPL) makes it possible to combine the excellent properties in a compact design. The housing is made of a FR (flame-retardant) material.
