The IP-3 is a passive CPU cooler for AMD® and Intel® CPUs with a maximum TDP of up to 70 W, suitable for the IP-40 and IP-60 cases.

The thermal pad made of copper and the three nickel-plated copper heat pipes efficiently transfer the waste heat from the CPU to the respective case and its installed cooling fins, so that cooling is possible without any active fan elements.
