The instrument has six measuring ranges: 6 mA, 60 mA, 600 mA, 6 A, 60 A, 100 A, with a minimum resolution of 0.001 mA in the 6 mA range.
You can select an automatic range or a manual measurement range.
Harmonics/electrical noise in the cables being tested/circuit being tested may result in incorrect readings.
Therefore, the DCM305E contains a low-pass filter (50/60 Hz), which significantly improves the measurements in these special circuits.
In addition, there is a comparison function with three preset limit values for the leakage current (0.25, 0.50, 3.5 mA).
When this function is activated, a visual display and an audible warning will be displayed if the preset limit is exceeded.
