The Klein Tools VDV826-754 Pass-Thru™ shielded modular plugs are designed for professional Cat.6a STP installations and are also compatible with larger diameter Cat.6 cables. The Pass-Thru™ design enables conductors to extend through the connector, allowing visual confirmation of correct wire order before crimping for precise and consistent terminations.
When used with a compatible Pass-Thru™ crimping tool such as Klein Tools VDV226-110, excess wire is trimmed flush to the connector face to ensure clean results and reduce material waste. The shielded construction supports improved protection against electromagnetic interference in demanding network environments.
With 8 positions and 8 contacts 8P8C, these RJ45 connectors meet Category 6A performance requirements and support Power over Ethernet PoE and PoE+ applications. The contacts feature a minimum 1.27 µm gold plating to ensure long-term corrosion resistance and stable signal transmission.
