The CIM VV stereo cable is used for the symmetrical transmission of audio signals, for example from an effects device to stereo inputs of audio interfaces, mixers or audio workstations or from there to stereo inputs of monitors.
NEUTRIK® has developed the REAN SILVER® 6.3 mm stereo jack plug in subtle black.
Combined with our Essentials Cable 1, this audio cable has a conductor cross-section of 0.22 mm² (AWG 24) and a spiral shield made of bare copper wires.
It is particularly flexible due to the single strand structure (28x 0.10 mm) and is therefore easy to wind.
CIM VV is the cheaper alternative to CPM VV in many respects, but its capacitance values (conductor/conductor) are higher, so that attenuation in the signal is possible over long distances.
