To do so, a small amount of foam sprayed through the pre-made breaking point in the rear of the box is sufficient to completely encase it.
In addition to quick installation, the foam also enables a heat-bridge-free and airtight installation of the flush-mounted box, including sound insulation.
The foam is cut-resistant after 20 - 30 minutes and completely cured after 24 hours.
Under the REACH chemicals regulation established by the European Commission, anyone who uses thermo foam commercially or industrially must complete a training course on safe handling by 24 August 2023.
