The ULTIMATECUT countersink 4S is a high-performance tool that is synonymous with top performance in all disciplines. The ULTIMATECUT countersinks 4S are ideal for hand-held applications with a cordless screwdriver or power drill, in upright drilling machines as well as in CNC-controlled machining centres.
The unequal pitch of the new ULTIMATECUT cone countersink 4S impresses with extremely smooth running and a smooth result without chatter marks. The axial and radial forces are greatly reduced by distributing the forces across the four cutting edges. This protects the tool and significantly increases the tool life. Boasting dimensions starting at a diameter of 10.4 mm to max. 40.0 mm, it is even possible to countersink with hand-held screwdrivers and drilling tools, which were previously only suitable for stationary equipment.
The specially developed four cutting edges, in combination with the unequal distribution, make the ULTIMATECUT tapered countersink 4S a universal all-rounder.
