Samyang's 24mm f/1.4 ED AS IF UMC is an exceptionally bright, prime lens designed for use with digital cameras equipped with a full-frame 35mm or APS-C sized sensor. The optical design is based on a system of 13 elements in 12 groups. Four lenses are made of Extra Low Dispersion (ED) glass, which significantly reduces chromatic aberration levels, and two additional aspherical lenses prevent the formation of softness from spherical aberration.
