The keypad is protected by a silicone membrane that prevents dirt and liquids from entering. The silicone key membrane with ultra-flat key profile and closed, gap-free surface offers effective protection against cross-contamination, germ propagation and the formation of biofilms. Thanks to the light-touch keys and precise key guidance, the AK-C4412 is highly recommended for use in environments where hygiene is critical. The sealed keypad and touchpad provide the AK-C4412 with IP68 protection.
