The FRITZ!DECT 400 can be used to switch electrical devices connected to the intelligent FRITZ!DECT 200 or FRITZ!DECT 210 sockets. FRITZ!DECT 400 can be connected to any FRITZ!Box with DECT base via secure DECT ULE radio and thus controls the activity of individual devices or even entire groups of devices in the home network.
Convenient manual switching
The handy FRITZ!DECT 400 can be placed anywhere or mounted on the wall using the supplied adhesive strips. In the Smart Home area of the FRITZ!Box interface, FRITZ!DECT sockets distributed in the home network can be assigned to the device. This means that the floor lamp, Christmas lighting or even lawn sprinkler can be switched on and off comfortably from the sofa. Mounted on the wall, FRITZ!DECT 400 is used like a conventional wall switch and can, for example, switch devices or entire groups of devices on and off when entering and leaving the apartment.
Small and smart
Like all devices in the FRITZ!Box home network, the FRITZ!DECT 400 also offers the comfort that AVM has come to know: FRITZ!DECT 400 is simply connected to the FRITZ!Box via radio at the touch of a button and the DECT connection is automatically encrypted. An acoustic feedback confirms the registration at the FRITZ!Box. The flashing LED confirms that the circuit is triggered each time the button is pressed. The economical DECT ULE radio guarantees a long battery life.
