The EX-1189HMVS-3W provides seven USB 3.2 Gen 1 (previously called USB 3.0) screw-mountable downstream ports with 15 kV ESD over-voltage protection for each output. The EX-1189HMVS-3W also provides 1.5 A of power for up to four ports to charge iPhones, iPads, smartphones and tablets. It is possible to connect up to seven external USB peripherals to a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port from a notebook, desktop computer or server in the 19'' rack. The supplied EX-K1571V cable (1.5 metres) can be attached without a screwdriver to the EX-1189HMVS-3W using thumb screws.
