"With this Toolless RJ45 Plug from Intellinet Network Solutions, there is no need for a crimping tool.
Simply strip about 15 mm off the cable, select either T568A or B wiring style, place the wires in the corresponding color-coded slot and close the boot onto the cable.
When the boot is closed over the IDC connectors, it pushes the wires into place and makes the connection.
