Description

LITEON HC DC optocoupler with OPIC output

The 6N137-L consists of a high-efficiency AlGaAs light-emitting diode and a high-speed optical detector. This design offers
excellent AC and DC isolation between the input and output sides of the optocoupler. The output of the optical detector is connected to a
Schottky clamp transistor with open collector. The enable function allows strobing of the optical detector. A guaranteed common mode
transient immunity is up to 10kV/ìs at 3.3V.
The operating parameters of the optocoupler are guaranteed over the temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C.

Key features

  • 3.3V / 5V dual supply voltages
