The measurement is carried out either without contact with the aid of a reflex mark affixed to the rotating part, or by means of one of the plug-on mechanical adapters supplied, with measuring tip or measuring wheel (see photo).
The tachometer has a switch for four selectable measuring ranges, as well as for min/max memory.
