The RE46C165 is a low-power CMOS photoelectric smoke detector. With minimal external components, this circuit offers all functions required for a photoelectric smoke detector.
If smoke is detected, the detection rate can be increased to verify an alarm status. An internal 9-minute timer enables a push-to-test key for reduced sensitivity.
