"This is a brass-coated wear-resistant nozzle for the Ultimaker 3/S5 Print Core AA.
The nozzle is made of a 360 brass base material and is coated with a TwinClad XT coating.
TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating for very low friction.
It provides one of the lowest coefficients of friction, better than nickel with PTFE co-deposition.
The TwinClad XT coating is also very hard and abrasion resistant.
If you work with abrasive carbon fibres, stainless steel, wood-filled or other metal-filled filaments, this device will significantly improve the life of your nozzle.
