The MagFix® bearing from SEPA EUROPE consists of a plain bearing for radial positioning and a so-called track bearing for axial fixing at the tip of the rotor shaft. In simple terms, a force in the axial direction is used by offsetting the coils in relation to the magnet or by means of a magnetic track plate to ensure the fixation in the track bearing. This keeps the bearing shoulders free and prevents the oil from migrating. The result: longer service life, low noise, higher operating temperature.
