Stay coolThe heat sink is an 80-mm long, 5-mm tall passive cooling system for M.2 SSDs that improves performance. Everything you need is included: thermal pads and heat sink (IB-M2HS-701). First place the thermal pad on the M.2 drive and then position the heat sink on top. The heat sink's low height won't interfere with installation and thus allows heat to be dissipated very quickly.
Do not disturb!Due to its very compact design, this version is particularly suitable for use on motherboards, as it will not interfere with other components, such as PCI cards.
