The R2 Pro is the next generation of Banana Pi's intelligent router development board. It is powered by a Rock-chip RK 3568 4-core processor. The board has 5x GBit Ethernet ports and many other connectors for good expandability.
The Banana PI R2 developer board is a very powerful multimedia network router and can be used for high performance, home entertainment and home automation. The BPI-R2 easily supports operating systems such as Android, Debian, Ubuntu and Bananian and features a powerful Rockchip RK3568 (4 x 2 GHz) quad-core processor and a Mali G52 GPU. Other features include USB 3.0 and SATA III as well as Mini PCIe, M.2 port and 16 GB eMMC onboard memory.
