This model of a wind turbine is supplied as a kit. The individual components can be assembled with a little skill and the enclosed plastic glue. A great place for the assembled wind turbine on the windowsill or anywhere where the sun can shine on the integrated solar panel. No sooner does the solar panel catch the sun's rays than the blades start to turn.
