The Lindy HDMI® 18G Signal Generator & Display Emulator is an indispensable tool for AV installers and system integrators to test and emulate HDMI® signals.
This portable device offers four EDID HDMI® resolutions: 4K@60 Hz 4:4:4, 4K@60 Hz 4:2:0, 4K@30 Hz 4:4:4 and 1080p@60 Hz.
The desired resolution can be selected by pressing the EDID button on the side of the device.
When used as a display emulator, the device can detect HDCP content and signal status (5 V, TMDS).
Four different patterns indicate HDCP status, while LEDs help the user to select the desired option.
No software or additional cables are required because the device is connected directly to a source or display via its HDMI® connectors.
The device is supplied with power via the HDMI® source when operated as a display emulator.
When used as a signal generator, an external USB power supply unit is required.
